Stainless Steel weld Cleaning Paste STAR Gel,STAR Gel Stainless Steel Pickling Paste Pickling Gel is used to clean Stainless Steel weld seams and surrounding areas. It is applied with nylon bristles brush. It is used to remove heavy scales, discolouration, annealing colours, rust particles near weld and welding affected area by heat. It helps to detect pinholes after welding. STAR Gel does not give Black or Yellow stain marks after washing with water. STAR Gel does not necessary require separate passivation chemical process. Coverage : Approx. 90 to 100 meters of weld seam per kg " STAR Gel " & other products in STAR range of `Fumeless' Pickling Passivation Chemicals are well accepted by major Inspection Agencies.

STAR Gel Pickling Gel Pickling Paste form Available with us is a wide range of that is exclusively used for the cleaning of weld seams and the surroundings using a brush. Besides, these find wide applications in removing the heavy scales, discoloration, annealing colors and the rust particles near the weld as well as the welding affected areas. After the welding process, these come handy of detecting the pinholes.
Application Method : Apply "STAR Gel" on Stainless Steel welded seam & nearby area with nylon bristles brush. Give contact time of 5 to 30 minutes depending on grade & thickness of SS and temperature of SS surface. Then, wash with water properly with pressurized water jet spray or light scrubbing with plastic scrubber (if required) & water. And get totally silvery white surface without grinding or buffing.
